そんな店主のモノづくりへの思いと、私たちつくり手の思いとが重なり合い、
静かな力強さとこだわりが息づく場所。

レイアウトを一から見直し増築、木製の扉やカウンター、机、畳ベンチまで、
すべて職人の手で、時間をかけて丁寧につくり上げました。
50席の店内は、木の香りと畳の柔らかさに包まれ、
家族や友人と特別な時間を分かち合える、あたたかなうどん店になりました。

The udon shop, known for noodles crafted with the spring water of Yatsugatake, has been lovingly renewed.
“More delicious, more comfortable” —
the owner’s devotion to craft met our own passion for making,
and together they brought to life a place filled with quiet strength and thoughtful detail.

The layout was reimagined and expanded,
and every element — from the wooden doors and counter to the tables and tatami benches —
was carefully built by the hands of our artisans,
each piece shaped with time and care.
Inside, the 50-seat dining area is wrapped in the scent of wood
and the gentle texture of tatami,
a space where families and friends can share meaningful, unhurried moments.
