東京から八ヶ岳へ移住したオーナーシェフが、
念願の“自分の城”として開いた、静かなイタリアンレストラン。

築200年ほどの古民家を住居と店舗に二分し、
黒光りする梁や土間など、時を重ねた風合いを活かして改修しました。
欅の一枚板テーブルには、伝統技法「契（ちぎり）」を施し、
自然の美しさと職人の手仕事が宿ります。

この地の豊かさと、都会の感性が響き合う、
温もりに満ちた、新しい食堂のかたちです。

A quiet Italian restaurant, opened by a chef who moved from Tokyo to Yatsugatake to fulfill his dream of creating his own “castle.”

The 200-year-old kominka (traditional farmhouse) was divided into a home and a restaurant, and carefully renovated to preserve the charm of timeworn elements such as the blackened beams and earthen floors.
At the heart of the space stands a single-slab keyaki (zelkova) table, adorned with the traditional chigiri joinery technique—where wooden butterflies are inlaid to bind natural splits, highlighting the harmony of nature’s beauty and artisan craftsmanship.

Here, the richness of the local land meets urban sensibility, creating a warm, refined expression of what a modern countryside eatery can be.
